@Michael Lee Thank you for your reply.  I'm not necessarily looking for sales.  I want to use the tools I pay for and want to be helpful to anyone who has any questions or maybe something I can help with.  I wasn't expecting a mentor to come to me and I'm not necessarily looking for a mentor.  When those opportunities become apparent, I will definitely pursue them.  I want to be an active member of bigger pockets and be as helpful as possible.  Right now I want to get very familiar with my tools and get better at serving people.  I want to participate in the forums and be helpful.  

@Mark Nolan Thank you very much!  I've read the books.  I love J Scotts books.  Those are just good in general for buying and owning a home.  I haven't read the property management book but I want to.   I love Carlsbad by the way.

I'm a newly licensed Real Estate agent in Arizona.  I've been listening to the podcasts and reading forums for years.  It's a big reason why I got my license.  I want to help anyone with anything right now!  I want experience, I want to learn, I want to do anything to move forward.  I want a pro membership as soon as possible.  How can I help?

I know a great lender i've worked with who is very quick and has been in the business for almost 24 years I believe.  Gene Pastorino with Lend Smart he works out of Mesa/Queen Creek area.   

I have personally refinanced my home with him.  Very easy to work with and is my go to lender for all questions.
