For MLS Access only my association charges $100 one time application fee and then $82.50/quarter for access. There are also yearly fees to belong to a local association and the CAR and the NAR if you choose to as well. License maintenance involves getting 45 hours of continuing education before your expiration date. I hope this helps.

You can do it!! I agree with taking more of the practice tests. I took them ALOT and then would take them again with only the questions I got wrong. I did pay for an 8 hour live course just before my exam and that helped tremendously. Best of luck to you.

Cops are great bird doggers! Imagine how many decrepit houses they step inside of per shift. Perhaps I have a few on my "payroll"

Post: What's your WHY???

You could safely say that you only have 18 Christmas's with your kids before you "legally" can no longer make them wear matching pjs and sip hot cocoa in front of the tree. Being forced to work 12+ hours on Christmas (I was previously in the public safety industry) made me do some quick math and realize how few of these Holidays I may have left with my kids. My ultimate "why" though is to help change our family tree. And it's for my husband and kids to enjoy our current time together and be better prepared for my children's future.
