Let's say today all your wealth & your network just disappeared. What would be the first thing you did and why? Really interested in hearing what most of you think is the best starting point to building your wealth from scratch in today's world.

Hey everybody,

I am currently trying to find a investor friendly general contractor that is are reliable for a reasonable price. I have no construction experience so I am lost when it comes to local labor and marital costs. So someone that I can pay to give me a line item pricing would be very helpful. I also don't have any connections in the industry that can vouch for someone. I want to thank everyone in advance for reading this and helping me out!

I hear all kinds of answers for this question and would like to hear more!

Why did you start Investing in Real Estate?

Obviously, we all do it to help make a living. Whether that is full time or part time we all do it to achieve our financial goals. From what I've learned though it's a lot more than that for most. Was it a book, maybe an unlikely mentor, or maybe your uncle is an investor and you've always wanted to be like him. No matter what that "why" is I want to hear your story!

Look forward to hearing from you all soon!

Hey everyone!

I've been looking into real estate investing for quiet some time now. I've read tons of books, articles, and blog posts and feel like I have  good grasp on the "concepts". I know nothing in life is free and nor should it be! So I would like to extend a hand and buy lunch/coffee for a few local investors that have been around the block a few times. This isn't a "I'm a wholesaler looking for cash buyers" post

I am sincerely looking to surround myself with people that are smarter than I am to help myself grow. I would love to find one person that could possibly show me what they know in exchange for a free hand to help them in the real estate investing life. Please contact with me if you are in the area. If you aren't local, but like what I'm trying to do I would love to hear from you as well! Thank you for those who read this post and I look forward to talking with you soon!

Hey BP community! So I wanted to hear everyone's opinion on a specific subject. Do you think I need to have an LLC set up before I go and get my first deal? What are the draw backs if I don't?

Hey BP community! I'm posting today because I would like to get some helpful tips on how to analylize a potential rehab. I'm struggling with making offers on propertys, because I'm just not confident in my abiliy to make an accurate assessment on a property. What are some of the tools and resources that you use that make the process quicker or more accurate? Also do you have any general rules of thumb you follow to help with the process as well. I'm very excited to hear about some of the tips and tricks you may have to make analyzing property's a quick and easy process. Looking forward to speaking with you all soon.

Thank you!
