Wow, its fair to say I wasn't ready for all of the support/opposition. It is great seeing both sides and I appreciate the angles. @Jeff Petsche  Where would you consider going out of state? @Jack B. I was a little confused, are you saying you would buy because of appreciation potential and principle pay down or are you saying it may be better elsewhere? And I need this bank where can I find them haha.@Irina Belkofer Where are your townhouses, that sounds interesting? @Jay Hinrichs I appreciate it but I already own 2 businesses and not looking into subways, I want out of retail :)

Hello All,

I am new to the website but have been listening to podcasts for about a year. I have a fairly simple question and wanted to get multiple perspectives on it. This question is for CA investors.

Due to the low inventory properties in California selling for over ask with multiple offers, is it a foolish time to get in CA investing? Also consider that prices are going for over pre 2008 pricing.
