I am trying to learn about pay per click, and wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for resources or agencies.  Trying to ramp up online presence this year and in my experience never hurts to ask

Any and all input would be awesome, thanks

Are you using a bank? If you are planning to use the second home loan you can't go that high, you have to stay under jumbo loan territory so your purchase price tops out at about 600k. I would buy two, you can beat 25% with a STR pretty consistently. Wish you the best luck!

Looking at how your market did in 2008 and covid should give you a good amount of data for what to expect in a downturn

Hey Nicole, Great idea the STR market is awesome. I will say syndications are pretty expensive to form (15k start up) when if you are trying to raise money from predominately friends and family a promissory note and a partnership contract should get the job done. Wish you the best and would love to help in anyway that I can
