@Robert Kretsch I would put your numbers in the Rental Property Calculator if you haven't' already to help you analyze. I think @Susan Gillespie , @Marc Jolicoeur and @Aaron Montague covered it pretty well.

@Leeta Song yes I would. Expired listings are just that not listed with a realtor. For what ever reason it didn't sell.

@Leeta Song I would send it to the address of the tax payer. I would keep your letter pretty simple. Here is a very simple example of a letter to send, many other versions out there as well to send.
