Hi Ben Kiekel welcome to BP. Do you have an idea what kind of real estate investing you want to do?

Manikia Liburd I would search around some of the old post on topics you have interest in to get some answers. Check out the podcast it will open your mind to some great ideas.

Also, check out the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing, under the resources.

Wobbly boxes, trailer houses, manufactured homes, yes its definitely a niche one can get into.

I don't know much about them, but search around BP I'm sure its been discussed a few times.
