I have an account with Propelio and they send me a daily list of new probates & appt. of sub trustees. I'm having a difficult time trying to decide how frequently I should send mail out to these leads due to a limited budget for direct mailings.
Any advice on how I can best work these leads would be very appreciated.

Thanks,
Like you I would like to eventually move to a CRM, but at this point I'm just starting out and I don't have the number of leads that would justify that move. So, I'm looking to create a system with a similar amount of detail as yours.
Is this one that you designed yourself? And if so could we get in contact so that you can walk me through how you did it?
And also thanks for the book recommendations.

I've just sent out my mailings that I obtained from List Source and I feel great; just accomplishing that small feat gives me a boost of confidence, very optimistic.
I want to keep this momentum going, so I was wondering what can I be doing in the mean time to help prepare myself for the calls that I will be receiving???
Thanks in advance for the advice!!

Thanks @Claire Trammell , @Michael Quarles
I appreciate the advice from each of you.
I've decided to start with the yellow letters due to its higher response rate because I believe it will provide me the experience of talking on the phone with potential sellers, which I think will be very helpful in building up those skills.
Also, I have another quick question and that is. How often should I send these letters off? I just purchased a list of 300 absentee owners out-of-state. Should I send all 300 out at once or divide into 150 / 2 weeks? And finally, How long should I target these 300 people until I begin mailing another group of leads?
BTW: I believe that I can squeeze out around $300/month for Lead Generation. Is that a good amount to begin with?
Thanks again,

I'm looking to begin my direct mail campaign soon. I wanted to know which method would be more cost efficient, as well as, which method seems to produce better results. Handwritten Yellow Letters or Postcards?
Also, I was wondering if it was a good idea to identify the property address that I'm interested in when mailing to Absentee Owners?
