Tonight I'll be attending my first REIA meeting...other than networking, what should I be focused on. What questions should I be asking?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks @Mack McPhatter. As a beginning investor I believe it would give me a good basic education in real estate as well. I'll be sure to remember these words as I embark on this journey.

Thanks again

How can acquiring a Real Estate License be beneficial to my career as an investor?

I'm at the very beginning of my real estate journey and I'm having a difficult time deciding on my how I'll begin. Wholesaling is what I'm leaning towards due to a limited amount of money, but rehabbing seems like a good idea as well.

I'm currently living in an apartment with my wife, 2 yr old son, and an expected daughter coming in July. I plan on moving out of this apt by the end of summer. This is where my dilemma starts.

Should I be focused on investing in a home, maybe a duplex, that I can eventually rent out for cash flow, or should I be focused on just getting out of the apt and wholesaling to build up some reserve cash?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

I'm very interested in becoming an investor. My only concern is that I have limited knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate industry as a whole. Despite the lack, I'm very confident that I can overcome these obstacles. I'm considering going to school to gain more knowledge of the industry because I do not want to rush into this and make unnecessary mistakes.  Any advice on obtaining more education would be appreciated.

Thank you.
