Look for owner financing. My first deal was 0 down . They're out there but you will need to be creative and just because it's not listed as OF doesn't mean they won't consider it with the right terms. Good luck

I've done some reading on the subject. To be honest it's sold as an easy investment, but if it was as easy as they try to sell it more investors would be talking about it.

your 20 bro. In my opinion, youmade the best decision dropping out of that prison system. Make some mistakes, bite off more than you can chew. Your in a great market. But i will say i hope you were good at math bevore you jumped. Good luck young man.
