a lot of multi in solvay and a lot of really investor's moving out. Solvay electric is a huge bonus to renters. Solvay rentals do not last long. Down side is the village tax and the noticed they leave if your trash can is in the wrong place. Good luck .

I started an old in M.D.. Now reside in NC. My question is for hard money lenders ,do they see this as an issue?Should I resolve the old and create a new? Thanks

Tip Hill. Eastwood. Those are great areas. Highly desired , sidewalks for family's and a city feel. And probably the best parts of the city. That's where I work.
