I'm not a great tyoer,sorry

Looking to borrow 35k. On a SFH. To be refinanced in 6mo. The reason for the ad is I am trouble finding hard money at such a low amount. House was purchased at auction. And will be closing in 2 weeks.

8- 10 % on money borrowed

First on the deed

Points and fees can be discussed.
