Thank you for this.  Wife and I are were planning on attending both "first sessions" and then deciding which ONE to join... purely due to time constraints.

I just told a friend I'd help him with his full bathroom remodel, and he's in Milton.  If the meetings coincide I'd love to.

Right now wife and I plan to attend the Destin meetup this Thursday.  I'll keep an eye open for you.

These are two that hit my local searches on facebook and google.

It looks like they both warranted positive reviews.

Do you have any experience with them?  Are they legit?  I'd say I'm pretty cautious on this kind of stuff due to a bad history with Multi Level Marketing scams.

If it had the "Bigger Pocket's" endorsement I'd be a lot more comfortable.

Hey fellow Floridian.  Just saw you posted about FL and figured I'd say hi.  I'm up near Pensacola area. 

Looking for the same answers honestly, so I started reading the beginners guide and listening to podcasts. I am personally looking to buy a house distressed enough to turn a profit, but "livable" enough to get a VA loan, then BRRR... love the podcast that just talked about that strategy because you get extra benefit from the mortgage paydown.

Anyways don't want to steal your introduction, I haven't been that far south yet.
