That is super cool. If you don't mind me asking, how much are you able to make from those STRs?

Hi - If I am a GP and the profit split with the LP is 70/30. At 12% IRR, it goes to 50/50.

Wondering what happens if I am able to give all the money back to the LP with the return after a cash-out refi? Do I own the property fully now? Or the equity is split 50/50 now?

50% of the battle is just starting. All the luck to you @Valerie Post

Totally agree, @Nathan Gesner Goal is not to 'not work' for me. I think innately people who get FI are people who like to hustle. I just want to use my time on my million interests :)

So are you still working in your W2? Pretty impressive that your reach FI in 4 years.

Hi BP,

My first post :)

I started in Dec 2019 and am now up to 3.9k a month in pure cash flow. Need to get to $10k before I think of quitting and gunning for the end of this year. Looking to still get educated and motivated by others doing it. #alwaysbelearning

1) 3.8k

2) 1.5 years while doing 50 hrs at W2

3) $10k per month
