@David Sicherman In passing the leads to you will you in turn show me the ropes with such? Maybe, possibly work together (JV) on 1 or more of them?

Do either of you @David Sicherman & @Jorge Zea  deal a lot with condo's (considering the high fees) and focus mainly on SF? I'm getting more than a few condo leads but the condo fees associated with are not desirable at all.....your thoughts?

It sounds like creating a list not purchasing a list from a souce such as one of the resources you mentioned.
