It’s complicated to explain when there is land trust set up, each entity or property must carry its own name to sell from a trust..

Things can become complicated when you start gathering holding property inside of a trust if It’s not set up correctly

it’s away one can secured and protect their Assets before /after each sale on properties

we're planning on doing the same thing my husband and I were looking to purchase our first multi or duplex live there, acquiring equity close out w/ LLC purchase a home under it and continue flipping and buying multi units... can this be done ?

I just move back to Texas from California

I'm working on building My REI flip team in surrounding DFW area's putting the future investments into multi family or duplex's I'm looking to connect with like minded individuals.

I'm into land REI & hold..recently just over Year I've got into housing REI self-taught, legal wiz and podcast etc..

I’m looking & searching for my first small Multi or duplex any ideas or suggestions it’s greatly appreciated
