What price range are you looking?

@Lance Robinson it's not worth it. But I'm looking for a low risk deal to minimize financial damage.

Shaun Weekes hey I messaged you. Did you receive anything? I'm not trying to refinance, wouldn't I have to pay closing costs? I just want to take out some Equity from the home.

Ryan Dossey yeah I'm trying to get him the HELOC so I could use the funds to make some deals but his credit is damaged.

@Ryan Dossey oh ok. Guess my next step is to get cosigned on his current loan. Just wanted to make sure it was possible. 👍 Creative financing I guess lol.

I don't have the cash and my parent's have bad credit so the bank won't let them take out line of equity on their home. My credit is 800+, would I be able to add my name to my father's policy and take out the home equity? Any suggestions ?
