@Dustin DeBoer You would have to either, finish off paying the first FHA loan or sell the property in order to acquire another one. Certain exceptions apply if you want 2 at the same time. check the HUD for more info. That is all I remember.

Yes you can get a FHA loan (3.5% minimum down). You could only get ONE at a time and you must live in the property for at least 1 year.
