J.C.,

We dont need a formal application upfront to give you an idea of rate, down payment, fee's etc. We can offer both in house private money for bridge loans/fix n flips as well as all your other investor loans including DSCR, Conventional, Non-QM, and Commercial.

If you want to run through a hypothetical then I'd be more than happy to. I will send you connect request and we can discuss further.

You’re welcome! Doesn’t hurt to use a local lender on the purchase. Some listing agents prefer that when reviewing offers! I grew up here and been here almost my whole life. We are also headquartered in Lees Summit. Worth a conversation for sure.

Hi Issac,

I would love to be a valuable resource to you to find a small multi-family property in or around Kansas City. There are many great parts to Kansas City, as there are many people interested in the value the area brings. Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City, Independence, Belton, Parkville, are some great surrounding towns. There are nice neighborhoods within Kansas City such as Waldo, Brookside, and as you mentioned- near the Country Club Plaza. Let me know if you would like any additional information.

Thank you for that information! We’ll be up the next couple days as will check out those areas. I’ll reach out with any questions.

Hey, Isaac! If you need any funding needs, I can help you out! We have great multi family loans up to 9 unit properties. Our best programs are for 2-4 units but we can do 5-9 as well! I am located in Lees Summit.

I'd be happy to connect with you if you ever consider the Kansas City market.

Likewise! I'm a lender that does a lot in KC but can also help in TX and other states you've considered.

Caleb Brown with Sage Door Realty is a great agent that works primarily with out of state investors. He knows some property managers as well.

I'm a direct lender that can offer in house private funds for fix n flip loans as well as all your conventional and DSCR solutions you'd ever need. I'd be open to grabbing some coffee if you are!

So is this still for the STR market or are they doing it for LTR's as well?

Hello James,

Have you considered investing in Kansas City? I'd be happy to discuss our current market and cash flowing inventory!

And if you are interested in KC, I can help with any financing needs. We can do it all. I’ve also lived here my whole life and would be willing to share my network with you during your journey building a portfolio.

Hi Mason! Congratulations about considering your first investment property. If you ever want to talk about the Kansas City market, let me know! There's a lot of opportunity here.

I agree, with @Courtney Domann! Lots of opportunities here and the cost of entry is still very affordable. I've lived here my whole life and have a lot of connections here to help make your life easier when managing your portfolio etc. I also am a local lender so if you need any financing needs (anything from hard money bridge/fix n flip loans to long term rental loans), I can take care of you! Good luck on your journey! If you ever have any financing questions, please feel free to text or call. 816.521.0969
