@David Dachtera you are spot on with what you just said. I am beyond curious to see who makes it out of the next recession and how many "investors" are no longer on BP. Entrepreneurship is a mindset, regardless if it's in REI or selling socks.

@Vincent Crane I respectfully disagree that you need to meet 3 people per week and have a list of 100 cash buyers, etc. For me personally, less is more and quality always over quantity.

Welcome to BP @Jessica Evans! You are definitely at the right place with a wealth of information. You also come across as an action taker and a doer which is a huge plus. As @Ethan Atkinson mentioned, now you just need to jump in and do some deals. Do you currently live in Tampa?

I am about to start a campaign to find a flip deal in the Atlanta area and I just wanted to see if anyone can give me some what to do and what not to do type of tips? How do you target/choose your audience? I guess your perfect avatar?
