@Arsen Atanasovski We can do a portfolio loan (1 loan on 3 properties) 30 year loan fixed or adjustable. Minimum property value in portfolio loan is 60k per property. I'll send email.

@Doris Logan the issue you will run into is the property values, this averages 20k per property. Lenders I know need a value of 60-75k. I would recommend local banks/credit unions familiars the area.
