Hello BP Family,

I recently purchased a mobile home park and Louisiana that has sub metered water. The previous owner looked at the water meter readings at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month and billed the tenants. I am following that model but find myself consumed by excel and formulas. Is there an app out there or a process that somebody has that helps bill mobile home park tenants back for their water and that is not as time consuming? Looking forward to hearing about some more efficient processes. Thanks Fam!

Dan

@Brett Spence there is a good company out of Michigan by the name of Foremost that I recently got my insurance through. But I did go w my local insurance broker. You can go to the foremost website and theyll let you know who your local rep is. I'm military and Usaa's affiliates couldnt even come close. Go through Foremost. Best of luck to you.
