@Martin Srebrov Unfortunately, I do not know anyone personally within his company. Keep reaching out to MF property owners in Pheonix. His management company services a large portion of the properties there and you will inevitably find someone who can connect you. Sorry I could not be of more help. Good luck!

@Matthew Schroeder I actually went to Flagler College :) It is one of the most affordable private schools in the country! Saint Augustine is an amazing town and I'm proud of it. Thanks for the reply and good luck to you!

@John Belluardo Hi John! Welcome to BP! I know nothing about Ohio's markets but I can just tell you will be successful with this simply from the attitude you're exuding and the goals you have set. Don't forget to look at your endgame and figure out the steps you need to take to get there by working backwards. Your post is refreshing to read. I absolutely recommend educating yourself on these forums and taking the MF path. That is how I started and it has been not only a great learning experience, but a lot of fun! Good luck!
