If you looking into Adult Day Care or Adult Residential Care, there are several governmental websites as you are required to get licensed through the state. Larry is correct that it is private pay as there are no governmental funding for this.  I have one in California and am researching the requirements in Texas. There is a need for this.  if it is your passion, it is rewarding and beneficial.  Good Luck..

Just signed up for possible turn key investment

Thank you all.  I have been researching lots of information here on BP and am working on making connections with a few people who have reached out to me.  

@Account Closed  I have realized that my first step will more than likely take me out of state. I have started looking for people to connect with in Nevada and Texas. So if have someone you can refer please let me know.  I ready to "JUMP IN"

@Account Closed    I am not close to retiring, I just don't want to work for someone until I'm too old to enjoy life.  I could work another 25 -30 yrs but for what a paycheck and back pain.  I tried R.E. investing before but didn't have enough knowledge to sustain it effectively.  I was too young and no one with experience to mentor/encourage me.  

This has always been my goal and so I must try it again with more knowledge and understanding, I know I will be successful.

@Bryan O.  I agree with you.  I have since dropped him and am attempting to find someone that meets my needs.  I am working on something that may be a success.
