@Kathryn Macdonald

Please add me to your buyers list.

@Florian N. I have sent him properties of interest as well. I do feel that he has me on his MLS search list that is why I'm not happy with him. I feel like he is wasting my time which I have very little of. We only go to the ones that are of interest and I feel I would like to see.

Thanks

I am fairly new to investment deals.. I purchased my first home 20+ yrs ago very young.  I got another property out of state through a friend referral a couple years later.  Both transactions were handled virtually without doing anything except signing the final paperwork.   Now that I am actively looking into R.E. investing as my financial wealth building goal, I want to make certain I am doing this correctly.

I have a Realtor that I am not happy with who has connected me with a lending company that has gotten me an approval for an FHA loan that I plan to utilize for a 2-4 multi-unit. I am looking in the N. California (Oakland, Hayward, San Jose) area. Has not been easy as the realtor consistently communicates with me via text messages. He also continues to guide me to areas that are too far away from my current employer knowing I must live in the unit if utilizing the FHA loan. He has sent me various listings of properties of interest just to find out would not qualify.

I am looking for another realtor but should I trust his lender or seek other lending?   Please offer suggestions??

@Desi Arnaz Thank you for your response. I am glad you reached out to me. I am hoping that in the near future we may be able to connect in business.  I do not have any knowledge in Paper Notes as there are so many avenue in R.E. Investing that I know haven't touched them all.  It can be overwhelming and exciting where you want to try them all. I will take everyone's advice and continue to research and hope to find my true niche.  Thanks again

@Eva Poon Thank you for your words of encouragement. I have been in search of that first investment property to no avail.  the properties in the bay area have gone so fast and for so much more than I have been willing to invest.  I was discouraged for a couple of weeks but have regained my momentum.  I appreciate yours words and will keep them in mind as I continue my journey.

Even as a new investor I have been scouring the site for months looking for an opportunity. Though I am in the N.California area, I am also interested in the S. California region which I am familiar with.  I am a Native..

Would like to know what you may have available?
