hi Sammy was talking to a real estate agent who does short sales if the property is in a hot market be prepared to offer an all cash deal to the bank

I hope to make this my full time job at some point. Bigger pockets was a great resource and now that I'm actually in the game I'm finding it an even better resource. Mortgage broker offered me an investment opportunity to get a property through a quick claim deed that is in foreclosure,im new to real estate investing should i check the title of the property im completely new to all of this any help would be greatly appreciated
