I just purchased  a set of duplexes in Phenix City last month. Should be complete with rehab by Xmas. Will post results when complete.

@Joey Hamaoui No, unfortunately I don't. I only put carpet in one SFR. I only use laminate wood vinyl now, it lasts much longer, not too much more expensive, and looks better as well.

Hey, PM me, i can give a great guy for paint, tile, and handyman jobs i used on my first rehab. I can also give you a great AC guy as well.

I have a set of Duplexes under contract in the Phenix City AL/Columbus GA/Ft Benning area that needs rehab work. Looking for a GC to help with managing the project. Also looking for Electricians, Plumbers, Handymen, Painters etc. If anyone has any references i would greatly appreciate it.
