@Jessica Stevenson Thank you I appreciate it!! I will be sure to check out those events and also plan to attend when they can finally be in person. Really want to get an agent who has helped others house hack or has house hacked themselves as they will know a potential deal when they see one!
Thanks again
@Alecia Loveless Thanks for the response, sending you a PM!
@Eric Boyer
Yes it is a great concept and can’t wait to get started! Best of luck to you as well.
@Chris Pastrana
Thanks!
Hi All,
I am a 22 year old located in the Dover, NH area and am looking to network with other NH folks in the area. I am originally from Rochester so I am familiar with the Strafford county area . I recently sold my house in Maine and moved back to the area. I am looking to learn, network, and analyze deals. I plan to house hack with my Fiance early next year (when the lease in my apartment is up) in Dover/Rochester area. I did have my real estate license, but have since gotten a job related to my college degree.
Feel free to shoot me a PM, would love to connect.

Hey Sam, i'm pretty sure there is a monthly local meetup in the Portland area. I am also new and looking to buy my first investment property this year. I plan on attending my first meet up next month as they had the one in Jan already. Pretty sure that @Ivan S. set up the last one.

Hi all,
I am looking to start direct mail marketing to try and find some off-market deals. I am also an agent and I know that can be tricky and that you have to be careful. Does anyone have any advice of how to approach sellers when you are an agent (or not) and maybe share some things that have worked for them. Thanks in advance!
