Definitely complicated but can be figured out by a CPA. I like your plan. Any thoughts on mortgage the rentals and using the money to buy more

The beauty of REI is that you get cash flow so you don't have to work but you like to work. It all depends on the job. If it is work you love and it doesn't interfere with REI then use it for income verification.

It would have to been a big favor to return to give up that much of your profit. Make your stand and stay firm

A pool was one of the nice features of my rental. It has a fence around the yard but there's a risk here that can be covered by insurance at a cost.

That is assuming your ex is willing to cooperate. The Bankruptcy isn't going to help her in the long run and she will have to come out of it sometime.

From a purely football point of view, whatever you need to win. Yeh he's no super quarterback but for NOW he is winning. It won't last so let him enjoy it.

You pass your beliefs on by the good works you do not by boring people with diatribes about what you believe and that other people are obviously wrong. Actions speak louder than words. I just want to hear about the game otherwise I'll watch Oral Roberts.

I wouldn't guess at the repair and suspect the actual cost is a lot more. This one may only be worth a finders fee to a contractor.
