Post: Any cheaper mailbox alternatives to UPS Stores?

I have used a few such as a Earth Class Mail that give you a pseudo physical office. There are also tons of virtual mailing services. The problem I always had was picking up mail. The others I used forwarded mail to your real address. There was a delay and cost with this.

I switched to a UPS store because I could access the box 24/7. My cost is about $35 per month. Pretty close to Earth Class Mail. I get much value out of UPS.

I too would have started much earlier. I would have probably done everything different and listened to my mentors more to better their advice. Also not held on to loser investments the way I did.

Wouldn't there be a direct transit link from the Intercontinental to Rice. Zip Car would be the best option. They might have drop off and pick up locations in other areas. That's the beauty of Zip Car.

Lease is not an option due to the short lease and buy-out. Your right about depreciation. the older the car the less depreciation as it becomes basic transportation only.

I am old enough to remember similar times when everyone was predicting the end of the world economically. We will always have the Fox News types. That's free speech. Yet we always recover. We operate basically in a free market economy with some regulation to protect us from ourselves.

In these bad times the rich have gotten richer and the poor are poorer. We don't seem to learn from previous mistakes.

We need to make financial decisions without emotion. This is hard to do. I agree there will always be real estate and people need to live somewhere. Find out what the people need most and provide it for them at a cost. That's how you get rich.

You probably have a good case. Even if the suspected you of reselling the goods, they initially accepted you second order under a sale contract. If they won't give you the reward card then they must refund cash.

TV Consumer Watchdog is probably the best approach. Bad publicity for $600 is not worth them fighting over it. They are hoping you just walk away.

I remember back a few year while watching TV, a news bulletin would come up every 15 minutes with a Santa update using NORAD tracking.
