You can search by using the names only, don't input the counties. Leave it blank and it will check all the counties, excluding Philadelphia. 

Hi @Amy Chen for short term rentals it will depend if it is part-time, full time, owner-occupied, by rooms or by house. Some of our carriers will do some and not the others. If we are talking about a company that niche in this field, you can look into

Hi @Rogelio Vivero for my clients and myself on the 1-4 units we use The Philadelphia Contributionship, Safeco, Guard mostly. If packaged with auto, Erie.  State Auto and Travelers now and then.  Depends on the area and the situation.  Happy to take a look if you can't find someone local. You just need to Google "city" independent insurance agency. We are based out of eastern PA, but have clients spread across PA and surrounding states. 

Hi @Melonie Dickson for our clients in Philly we use Foremost, Vacant Express, USLI, etc.  Either way, by the very nature of a vacant building, you are looking at higher premiums compared to regular home or landlord policies. It is just part of the holding cost during the renovation period.
