How many properties are you looking for help with?

No offense but it sounds like you want to hire a property manager/accountant/marketing person and pay them less than just a property manager…

Keep in mind that property management, accounting, and marketing are all very different skill sets. If you want someone that’s actually good at all of those things you’re probably looking for a unicorn.

Quote from @John Underwood:

It's just a residential home loan. 20% down will get you a loan with almost any mortgage company.

I think he was asking about including STR income…right?

I’ve heard Host Financial does this but haven’t personally used them. I’m sure there are others.

I’m surprised to hear @Leslie Anne Morris say she was able to get funding for this. Maybe there are some missing details about the project?

I’m looking into some similar ideas and I’m just planning to raise all cash from investors, which I think will be way easier than getting financing for something like this. One difference may be that I’m not looking into building permanent structures, so maybe it’s easier to get a construction loan if your treehouses somehow are considered a permanent structure?

Is there a place in the main building where you're going to have community laundry? It's harder to attract longer stays without it. Almost all of my units at least have access to on-site community laundry.

If I were the guest renting for a month or more I would still expect the place to have all non-consumables, including everything you mentioned. Make my life as easy as possible.
