@Johnny Lujan did you get your 1st flip completed using money from your HELOC and CC to complete the flip? I am very interested in learning from your experience as I am thinking of dong the same thing.

Is there any problem with a new investor with no experience to attend AZREIA meetings?  I would like to continue to network and thought this would be a good place to start.

Hello all - glad I have found this site and forum on flipping and investing in real estate.  I live in the greater Phoenix Az area for most of my life.  During this start up I will continue to keep the day job.  This is a brand new venture for me and hoping there are some good suggestions and meeting others willing to share and help me along the way.  I am currently doing all my due diligence and reading what I can and starting to make the required contacts before making the leap to do my very first flip.  Hoping that some other investors in the Phx area could share some good contractors and advice on what to tackle on my own or hire help.  Thanks all in advance for any help and support you can provide.
