Yeah, don't do that. At the very least don't advertise it. It may be illegal in your state because that is a job for a licensed real estate professional. Good luckFabio Secaira
Check the laws in your state.

Show her the money. If your deals are strong and you're making money, maybe try buying her something nice and letting her know where that money came from. lol She will have to see the benefit of doing. You really need to show her the upside of going into business with you. Seriously. Just like banks or other lenders, your wife doesn't want to take a risk with something that's not secure. Make a compelling case. Show her your business plan. Or show her how this business can help her live the lifestyle she wants. don't expect her to just jump into business with you just because she's your wife. You know your wife better than the rest of us. What gets her motivated? Use those things to show her how your business model will benefit her. Anyway, good luck, Andy Wu !

Welcome to BiggerPockets,Benjamin Stevic !
I'm from Cleveland. But I live in California right now. I'm very much interested in how people are doing deals in and around Cleveland, so the Akron/Canton area interests me as well. Keep in touch. And inbox me and let's exchange information. You never know, we might have an opportunity to work together sometime.

Congratulations! I don't have a lot of experience with brokerages. My primary business right, is music. And I can tell you from that experience that going with the most popular company may not necessarily be the answer. Are their professional and ethical standards in line with your own? How's their training? What kind of fee structure do they have in place? Make yourself a list of questions about your personal and professional goals. Will the brokerage make your path more clear? As an investor, how will working with that brokerage facilitate you acquiring more properties? Are they investor-friendly? What's their track record with investors? You may want to talk to some other investors in the area and ask which brokerages and agents they prefer.
Again, congratulations!

Welcome, Bryce Lowe-White ! You're not far from me! I'm in Southeast Torrance. Perhaps we'll see a hotter at some of the area meetups! Either way, I wish you much success in all your efforts. Perhaps we can help each other down the road.

Wow...I will be curious to know how this plays out. From my beginner eyes, I don't see a deal here. I guess it depends how far you can get the bank to lower the debt.
