So after cash out re-fi w/ 80k did u pay back your partner his $75k? Was his profit the $8100 in interest payments? Did u make $5k in liquid profit & a passive income property? Or is it his passive income property? I'm a newbie so forgive me. And to originally answer your ? I don't recognize the mistakes you mentioned it looks legit to me I think.........
