Hello BP community I'm focusing ALL my energy on educating myself in REI. While being a student, It is my goal to align myself with the REI community by reaching out to area investors, rehabbers, wholesalers etc, to offer my services as a intern (free of charge). My 1st priority after educating myself is to dive into wholesaling and grow from there. Is there anyone out there whose in need of a estimate analysis system manager, project management systems or scope of work systems manager? I feel this is a great way to be successful in the REI industry & be influential in changing mindsets by using financial wealth to promote the importance of education. Just like @BP here who is a crowning example of that! Looking forward to learning from the forums, posts and responses. Thanks @BP I'm exited & ready to crush it!!!

Hello all I'm David Crutcher Jr. and I'm here to learn & be apart of the Real Estate world. I love seeing a run down house/apartment get a new lease on life with a great rehab/build.
