I live in NJ and looking to start out of state REI and trying to research turnkey providers in Indianapolis. A business associate was referred to PARC through J Hartmans group and I was wondering if anyone had experience with them?

If you buy properties using a 1031 exchange and the property you sold was in your name, can you subsequently transfer ownership to an LLC without triggering a capital gains bill from the IRS since its not in your name anymore?
