Congratulations! I’m in the Chattanooga area myself so not too far from you, I’m in Atlanta all the time. Chattanooga is blowing up! They’re trying to develop it into a bigger city than it is to be more of a “major” city between Atlanta, Knoxville and Nashville

What are the best ways to find out if there’s a market for it in the area you want to invest?

What are the best places to advertise to this target audience?

Any tips on figuring out the market value of these rentals in the market you are targeting?

Ideal distance from the healthcare facilities they would work at?

They could potentially call the loan due if you transfer ownership even if it’s to an entity you own.
