@Steven Page That’s terrible man. Honestly you should call the owners and let them know. They might actually be good people and might not know this is how the property manager is doing things. I know if one of my managers did this I would wanna know for sure. Also I hope you put all of that info on the move in inspection sheet. Tell the property manager you want it cleaned and if they won’t then remind them you’re required to leave the property in the same condition it was given to you and make sure you leave it exactly the same as the inspection form says lol.

@Alexis Terry I just do like $3 a day so it’s less than $100 a month it’s not bad at all. I haven’t tried Instagram specifically but I’m pretty sure Facebook ads automatically go to IG also since they are owned by Facebook.

There are some step by step resources that go through putting vinyl on asbestos siding, I wouldn't recommend doing it your self, but you can atleast get some ideas on what to ask for or look for.

Thanks! I definitely won’t be doing it myself but I’ll make sure to bring that up to a contractor about the barrier!

@Carmen Sofia Salas You need to be a broker to have a property management business in Virginia but you could definitely work for one. Maybe @Patti Robertson can give you more information on that. She’s a great person to get in touch with for anything property management

@Carmen Sofia Salas I’d suggest either getting your real estate license and being an agent or getting a job at a property management company. If you’re self driven and motivated you will make more money as an agent but if you want something more steady and guaranteed working in property management would probably be better
