Good Afternoon Investors,
I had a question when it comes to the Purchase and Sale agreement. I understand that you use a sale and purchase agreement when wholesaling but how do you get that document? I googled the form for Georgia but you have to be a realtor to acquire the form. Can you use another Purchase and Sale agreement form? Thank you for your insight.

Okay, that makes sense @Philip Traynor. I'll move past the search and just keep some names recommended to me until I really need them. Thank you for the advice. Not going to lie, I wasn't sure what to do.

@Philip Traynor I guess it's the latter. I wanted to have at least a reliable contact when the need arises. Additionally, shouldn't I have an attorney while doing wholesaling, or is it optional?

@Chris Seveney I've only been looking at real estate attorneys. Thus far, I've just had difficulty getting a meeting because they either don't return my numerous phone calls or respond to my various emails. Also, sorry if I'm wrong, but isn't Georgia an attorney state?

Good Afternoon Investors,
I am a new wholesaler and I am currently trying to assemble my power team. However, my biggest hurdle at the moment is finding a real estate attorney; or rather getting a meeting with an attorney. Therefore, what advice can anyone spare for getting a consultation with an attorney? I've tried calling, going to the office in person, and emailing to no avail. Thank you for your help and happy investing.

Good Day all,
I am looking to network with investors in Atlanta, GA, preferably east of Atlanta close to Buford, GA.
I'm new to the real estate investment business but I am focused on long-term rentals/ wholesaling. I am looking to network and build meaningful business relationships. Therefore, I would like to meet like-minded individuals and, if possible, find local meetings of dedicated investors.
Let me know if you'd be interested in connecting or if you know of any real estate groups that meet locally.
Thank you!
