@Carrie K.
I recently ended up needing a couple 2 inch blinds and ended up getting them at Lowe’s although I’m sure Home Depot had some as well. I did check Walmart but didn’t find a good selection available.

Hi Michael,
I did this on my second house purchase. As mentioned by others, you have to pay back the loan and can borrow up to half of your total amount but since you are borrowing against your retirement account, it also does not impact your credit score nor will it show on your credit history.

Hello, not certain if this is still relevant. Between Antelope and Orangevale in Northern CA for your mom. I live in Citrus Heights and looked around the neighboring cities before purchasing our current residence. Orangevale has larger lot sizes and also more traditional older homes. Antelope is about the same but lot sizes are smaller. Perhaps there are pockets from both cities where neighborhoods are suitable for your mom. I would also say that since I live closer to Antelope, there are definitely more things to do / shops / restauraunts / etc in the Antelope area. Let me know if I can help further.

I’ve used http://Ezlandlordforms.com. It was recommended by a friend who also has rental properties. The prospective tenant pays for the fees. You just need their email address. You can also have them fill out the rental/lease application online. And they have lease agreements as well. It is state specific and you can keep track of all your applicants through the site.
