I did reveal who the scammer is, I guess the thread is getting out of control....

however, I learnt the lesson and this should not be stop me from moving forward.

Hi there,

After so many discussions, so many complaint through the available channels and so much regrets, this case finally come to the end.

Just found out from another credit card company I have refunded  $10,000 back to my account ! so with the previous refund of $20,000 plus $10,000 I have got back total of $30,000 from $41k I have paid .

This is a painful lesson, and I think I am considered lucky to be able to get back most of the money. TIME TO MOVE ON !!

I sincerely thank all of you who has concerned, advised and shared the experiences with me !!

@Kimberly H. As far as guru programs goes, I personally don't think it work!!!! period. If you would like to talk with many other contributors many this thread, they would definitely agree with me.

First, they draw a perfect picture to you so you can pay them thens of thousands of dollar dollars by offering you lots of online education, bootcamp ( mainly to upsell you get you more in debit) and very limited "mentor" coaching one on one service. I paid 40K through many credit cards to get coaching one on one which only provide me 1 hour phone time with the coach. So, during the 1st year, you are buying yourself a 'tremendous" pressure to pay back credit card companies + tons of info from everywhere you dont know where to start+ the "live " person ( coach)  you paid your life with can only provide you very very little time to guide you ( no guarantee if they are teaching you up to date / all things illegal ?) once you have doubt with your coach, you might end up talking to all other staff who end up upsell you more and more education programs, they will tell you why your current paid program is not workable for you as " YOU HAVE NOT PAID ENOUGH!"

I figured out this below:

If you are able to find local mentor by work for them or JV venture with them and running around with them everyday to do actual deals while learning, and the education cost you "NOTHING" which one will you go for?

DO NOT PAY ANY GURU ANY MONEY, THEY ARE BEST AT SUCK OUT ALL YOUR MONEY AND TEACH YOU NOTHING!

@Lance Van Buren not really, those two credit card company I asked for dispute are still working on it, I was told it might take up to 3 month...

@Troy Whitney Yes the action of disputing credit card charges was the first thing I did, with the balanced amount to 26K to be refunded, the credit card company so far has successfully refunded me $6,500 , so the remaining $20k still waiting on their investigation and also a consumer protection agency is also acting on the investigation on my behalf.

Yes, I have revealed all important details of the company...Perhaps there are just too much information on post and hard to find ! 

the GURU company: Premier Mentoring , Inc  ( also called : Premium Financial Training )

under so many business names: Advance Financial Training....etc. its on BBB has all the details.

The contract said " We offer written service commitment to all of our Advanced Training Students. Our commitment to you is that we will work with you until you succeed. If after completing the course curriculum by attending the FastStart Bootcamp Program, watching the On-Demand Courses, reviewing the Hone Study Materials, utilizing the investor Software, attending Advanced Training Sessions and following the recommendations of your Mentor, you have not done one or more real estate transactions with a net profit equal to the purchase price of your Advanced Training package, we will continue to mentor you throughout "Mentor hotline" at our expense until you have earned at least 100% of your investment our program."

Any way to claim my money?
