NO! Evict them. This is not CV related.  I would get it on the books before the court lockdown begins.

I agree however taxes were just paid and due March 6th for six months and no mortgages held.  But what I do have are insurance payments, utilities payments, upkeep ect.  Not a great time to be a landlord.  Trump is holding a press conference at 3pm EST.  Holding my breath for that.

I am worried about the Government stepping in stopping evictions and killing rental income for those who don't have a mortgage on their investments.
