Just found out our local court is closed for 30 days and the water department halted water shut offs for two weeks.

I have one I purchased with cash a few months ago.  It is partially completed but I discussed the situation with my lead contractor and we both agreed to stop work until things aren't so murky. He knows I have a huge security gland.  LOL

I'm in Ohio also.  Going to be a wild ride.  Gov passed legislation so these employees can get unemployment without the usual waiting period- so make sure to hold their feet to the fire so to speak.  Grace but don't be too soft hearted - we don't run non-profits.

While you are just starting your business I completely get your concern.  Once you get a better grasp on clientele you will realize the clients that push requests TOO far right out of the gates are tire kickers most times.

I have 18 SFH's. Just ran the numbers Section 8 vs Self Pay. Last month I added enough to Section 8 doors to be nearly half. Houses are located in heart of Ohio's fracking epicenter and was very tempted to move all the houses that became vacate to the lucrative short time rentals for the workers- but didn't. My mantra is multiple streams of income. Glad I listened to my gut BUT hopefully Section 8 still direct deposit their portion of the rents.

I absolutely agree with this.  ^^^^^

First time the dog lifted it's leg would be the last time it would be allowed into a showing.  ESA or not.  The property is PRIVATELY owned and not a public space.
