Welcome Nicole. I live in the Tri-cities area and recently purchased my first two buy and hold properties in Bristol. I would love to connect with other investors. Doesn't seem to be a lot going on in my area although I have seen some action posted in Knox.

Thanks, Dave. I'm just getting started in my real estate investing endeavors.  I have two condos under contract and am very excited.   

I am diving in to my first deal and will hopefully close in the next 30 days.
