2% .. 5% ?? Where are you coming up with this crap for expense ratios ? No your way off . You’ll be lucky to make a 100 bucks a month in this house by the time it’s said and done

I wouldn’t simply because there’s just not enough return in your money . Your expenses are way off you’ll be lucky to get 200 bucks a month in that and you’ll be a quarter million deep into that place . Not very exciting to say the least

List The trustee as the plaintiff . It Wouldn’t make sense for beneficiaries filing suit . The trustee handles the responsibilities and directs the trust for the beneficiary..so whoever is listed in the trust agreement as the trustee should be filing suit
