Hey @Steve Williams, avoiding tax should be your top priority at all costs. RE should definitely be part of your plan on top of several other types of investments to shelter your taxes. I'd consider what you would feel comfortable with first in RE. There are dozens of strategies and even more variable when you select your property type, so I'd suggest locking in your plan first. Hey @Ali Matula, I would say no. I was in a similar position with a "Magnificent 7" company, had every perk I needed and plenty of RSUs to keep me there for a long time. If you don't love, or even enjoy your job, then I'd consider moving on at some point. Just make sure you and your SO are in a health financial place before making any moves.
