Hey @Anthony Warlick, did you load this into a deal calculator and bracket out costs for CapEx, Vacancy, Repairs, PM, etc? Feel free to reach out, I'd be happy to chat about the deal to see if the numbers work.

Hey @Steve Williams, avoiding tax should be your top priority at all costs. RE should definitely be part of your plan on top of several other types of investments to shelter your taxes. I'd consider what you would feel comfortable with first in RE. There are dozens of strategies and even more variable when you select your property type, so I'd suggest locking in your plan first. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat sometime.

Hey @Ali Matula, I would say no. I was in a similar position with a "Magnificent 7" company, had every perk I needed and plenty of RSUs to keep me there for a long time. If you don't love, or even enjoy your job, then I'd consider moving on at some point. Just make sure you and your SO are in a health financial place before making any moves.

Hey @Dheeraj Raj, I've used Keycheck several times and it's done a great job for me with credit and background checks. I also ask for references as well to validate employment and whatnot.
