@Joe Villeneuve
Love the idea, was thinking of doing something similar as a fun pet project. What data source are you using for determining rental comps?

Hi @Jeffrey Almonte & @Jana Cain!

Thanks for saying Hi.

Jana,

Do you have any favorite meetups that you attend in the bay area? Also nice to hear from someone who lives and works in the area.

Best,

Devin

Hi BP Community!

I discovered BP around 2 months ago and I can't turn off the learning! I am having so much fun thinking about the investment potential in RE and the possibilities for creating a life of increased wealth, time, and flexibility. My girlfriend and I are currently in the process of learning about the rental market in the east bay and am also considering out of state investments since the market is expensive where we live. Our goal is to have our first multi family investment property within the next year, and my aggressive deadline is in the next 6 months (Have some saving to do).

Overall, I am grateful for this community existing and for the wonderful resources provided by both BP and its members. If you currently live / invest / or do anything related to real estate in the bay area, I'd love to connect.

I look forward to many future discussions.
