I have a rental property in Memphis that I currently owe roughly $60,000 on, that is worth about $135,000.  The mortgage broker I have been working with says he can not do a cash out refinance because I currently have 5 properties with mortgages.  Can someone suggest a bank or contact in Memphis that is able to work around the 4 property limit?

I just recently moved from Memphis, TN to the Portland, Me area.  I am looking for a good tax accountant in the Portland, Me area.  The complications are that I have a W2 job, with roughly 6 months of earnings in TN and now 6 months in Me.  I have also purchased a new primary in Me, sold my primary in Tn, purchased a 4th investment property in TN and refinanced an investment property in TN as well . . .  Any suggestions for a good tax accountant in the Portland, ME area that someone has a lot of confidence in, would be certainly be appreciated!

I have used Brandon Dyles from Picture Perfect Home Inspection for my last few houses.  Its a husband and wife team and they seem to do a thorough job and are very responsive.  Good luck!

I use Renshaw Property Management to manage my rentals and they do a very good job.  I am adding a 4th property to what I have with them in the next couple of weeks.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!  It looks like they moved out over a year ago.  I do have the name of the owners or at least who last owned the house . . .  I will try to the county records route.

I'm looking for a little direction. . .  I noticed a home when looking for my current home that was in a very good neighborhood, but is in complete disrepair.  I have recently done some research and found who the owners are and that they no longer liver there.  I believe there is a bankruptcy involved.  Is there a way to find out which bank has the mortgage without trying to reach out to the owner?  I live in Maine.

I am looking for a recommendation on tax preparation in Memphis, TN.  I have always done my own taxes, but I purchased a couple of investment properties this year, refinanced 2 others, renovated another . . .  I am looking for a tax accountant with experienced in real estate investment, particularly buy and hold.  Any help is appreciated.
