Welcome to the BiggerPockets community! No matter where you stand in your real estate investing journey, BiggerPockets is the ultimate resource for all of your investing needs. I’d suggest starting out by networking with as many other investors as possible and be an active participant in the forums.

If you haven’t already subscribed to the BiggerPockets podcasts, do that ASAP. Look for meet ups in your area (virtual), attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate. Use the forums to help you search for the answers to all of your questions. If you can’t find your answers, then create your own post!

Feel free to DM me with any questions.

Good luck and get educated!

@Chris Wiseman

Welcome to the community!

If you haven't already you should consider connecting with an investor friendly realtor out there. They will have the inside knowledge necessary to make a sound investment. I'd also look into meetup/networking groups so you can find out what other investors are doing successfully!

Good luck and let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

I'd recommend using the resources here on BP to find an investor friendly agent. This is going to be helpful in learning your market and the overall process in landing that first investment!

I'm a big advocate for house hacking as a great first step into real estate. If your open to sacrificing some of your comfort for a few years, you can make a BIG impact on your life with just one or two house hacks!
